Today, June 12th, is my dad’s birthday! I wanted to celebrate the date by posting in his honor. The only problem was, this is a food related blog, and the guy doesn’t eat. I racked my brain reflecting on his weird diet. Is it possible to come up with a recipe to post from this? Tuna fish? No. Hard boiled eggs? Definitely, no. Grapefruit juice? No. Cottage cheese? Metamucil? No…no…no! This might be harder than I thought. Then it hit me…
