When I found out there was going to be a lunar eclipse tonight, December 20, 2010, the first to fall on winter solstice since 1638, my immediate reaction was, “Rain dance! I am going to strip naked and dance in front of the moon!” Ok, it sounded exciting, or enlightening, perhaps even spiritual on some level… Surely, once Foodie found out about these plans, I knew he would be dying to join me. Well, let’s put it this way, he was drooling when I told him about it.
